Description
Fiberglass sleeving coated with acrylic resin is manufactured with E-fiberglass braided sleeving and coated with a layer of acrylic resin, and then thermoset to form insulating sleeving. It possesses reliable heat resistance, good qualities of dielectric, fair softness and elasticity, benzene resistance and oil resistance.
Application
It can be used for wiring insulation and mechanic protection for electrical instruments, wireless sets and domestic electrical appliances.

Sleeving sizes in the following table are based on the size of round conductors that will fit snugly into the product without distortion of the sleeving.

Oil and Solvent Resistance |
The coating should not be cracked or appear detached after the sleeving has been dipped in transformer oil for 24h at a temperature of 105±20℃. But the colour of the sleeving is allowed to grow darker. |

Benzenene Resistance |
The coating should not be sticky or show delamination when the sleeving has been kept in methyl benzene at a normal temperature for 4 hours. |
